Used Dorr-Oliver Model 3M43 EIMCO-Extractor 43 square meter horizontal vacuum belt filter (LH). S/N CSP000032-0IBL. Belt Speed: 6-37 FPM. Has (1) Cake forming zone with (2) 4" overhead inlets to the feeder boxes, (1) Cake wash zone with 4" cake wash pipe, and (1) cake drying zone. Scraper discharge. Has rubber drainage belt and dewatering is accomplished by applying vacuum to bottom of drainage belt via stainless steel vacuum pan. Belt is approximately 54' long X 9'-10" wide. There is an 18" filtrate header along the side of the belt filter that feed (19) individual filtrate lines from the vacuum pan. Cloth wash requirements (clean water) are Inside 15 gpm @ 40 PSI, outside 15 gpm @ 40 PSI. Belt wash requirements (clean water) Inside 10 gpm @ 40 PSI, outside 8 gpm @ 40 PSI.
