Top fittings: 21" manway, (1) 1.5", (1) 3", and (1) 12". 3" X 2"" center bottom drain with a manual flush valve. Equipped with anchor style agitator driven by Philadelphia model PTERVS-08 drive S/N 303925 rated 1750 RPM input, 125 RPM output. Powered by 15HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Lug mounted.
