Built 2015. Unit has 12" center top inlet. Top fittings: (2) 3”, 22" side bottom manway with an 8" center feed out of it. (2) 3”, (1) 2" , and (1) 6"side outlets, 6” center bottom drain. 1.5” off center bottom outlet.
