Used Process skid.  Consisting of (1) Crown Iron Works approximately 1000 gallon 316L stainless steel vertical mix tank.  64" diameter X 72" high straight side.  Internal rated 50 PSI @ -20 to 250 F.  NB# 22116, S/N 06-382.  Dished top and bottom.  Top fittings: (1) 15" manway, (2) 1" inlets, (1) 2" inlet, (1) 3" inlet, (1) 6" inlet and (2) 6" sightglasses.  Has (1) 6" side top inlet and (1) 3" side bottom outlet.  3" center bottom drain.  Equipped with dual-flight 3-blade agitator, driven by Chemineer Model 50 DTNS 2 HP drive rated 350 RPM.  (1) Waukesha Cherry Burrell Model 06002 sanitary stainless steel positive displacement pump 2.5" inlet and outlet.  (1) HRS Process Systems approximately 35 sq ft. 316L horizontal 316L stainless steel heat exchanger.  168 mm diameter X 2912 mm long.  Carbon steel jacket rated 1.04 MPa at 205 C.  (19) 19.05 mm 316L tubes rated 1.04 MPa @ 205 C.  NB# 5, S/N H10335 A4404.  DN 50 and DN 40 service inlets,  DN 80 process inlets, DN 40 shell vent, DN 40 tube vent, DN 40 tube drain.  Components are mounted on skid with self-containment and work platform and ladder for top of tank access.  DIMS:  14' long X 8' wide X 132" tall.  FOB: Wilmington, NC
