FLSmidth Model 3M54 Emico-Extractor 54 sqm. vacuum belt filter

Used FLSmidth Model 3M54 Emico-Extractor 54 square meter horizontal vacuum belt filter (LH). S/N 289-400-FL2.  Rated max cake weight 10lb/cu.ft, Belt speed 14.4-86.3 FPM, Dry solids capacity 150,000 lb/hr @ 135 degrees F.  Has (1) cake forming zone with (2) 4" overhead inlets, (1) cake wash zone and (1) cake drying zone.  Scraper discharge. Has rubber drainage belt and dewatering is accomplished by applying vacuum to the bottom of the drainage belt via 2205 stainless steel vacuum pan.  Belt is approximately 75' long X 9'-10"' wide.  There is an 18" filtrate header along the side of the belt filter that feed to 25 individual filtrate lines from the vacuum pan.  Belt is driven by a 30HP 3/60/460 motor connected thru a right angle drive. Overall shipping length 76' 8 7/8" long.  Weight 55.500#  System also contains a Nash Model LZBE45202BY4C006 liquid ring vacuum pump, a 658 gallon 316 stainless steel tank for the seal water, and a 2000 gallon carbon steel lined filtrate tank.  Seal water and filtrate tanks equipped with (2) 1.5 X 9 and (2) 3 X 9 pumps.  FOB: Paradise, KY
